Hi! We had rich and poor day. I was rich, it was really fun at breakfast when all leaders and JCs did everything for you. When we woke up everyone was like hi how are you. When we were going to flag time the poor people got a number. Activity 1 we (Rich) went to the beach. Activity 2 movie. Activity 3 marshmallows.

I was poor. Early in the morning we go to flagtime as usually. Then some of us get numbers and some of us don't. We had different circles: numbered and without numbers are in different circles. In breakfest the "rich" people sit on different table as "poor" people. On first activity we collect pinecones and the rich people go to the beach. At siesta we didn't go to the JC-shop and we have to be quiet and can't go away from our room. On activity two Ajleeta teach us Hindi-letters. IT WAS BORING. After dinner the game was over.

I was one of the poor people. That was terrible. We had fun (not really fun, but it wasn't boring or sad either)
only at one point during the day, when we formed a "Rebellion". (Spencer came up with the idea of a rebellion). We shouted stuff like "I have a name and I'm not a number! " The leaders and JCs made us search for ten perfect pine cones, which we actually managed to do. Lunch was just as terrible as everything else. Siesta was okay and activity 2 we learn hindi. Booh! I almost fell asleep during that. After everything we grilled Marshmallows around the camp fire.

Hello! We had rich and poor day but I was sick : ) good because all the poor people were looking for perfect pine cones but I wasn't there.

From each delegation we had one rich and rest of the delgation were poor. Rich people were treated differently than the poor. For example poor kids had numbers on their foreheads and we adults called them only by their numbers. During meals adults served the meal for the rich and the poor had to take it by theirselves. In addition the rich had a lot of free time and they had nice activities but the poor had only a quite boring activities.
The poor started to rebel a bit against adults. They used a handsign and whistle known from the Hunger Games. They also hid(crossed over) their numbers and wrote their real names right next to where the numbers were.
The day wasn't easy for the rich either. Part of the rich always wanted to help the poor when they were doing their tasks because they felt sorry for the poor. One of the rich even wanted to have a number on her forehead and then she came part of the poor.
In the evening we all went to the bonfire place. The simulation was over and we talked about feelings during the simulation and tried to find the connection between this simulation and the real life. After that we ate marshmallows : )
